The Role

As a Junior Research Associate, the responsibility is to execute experiments and contribute to development of overexpressing, Knockouts, reporter stable Cell Lines to be used as tools for antibody discovery processes, supporting senior team members in achieving project goals.

Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct laboratory experiments and related tasks, including reagent preparation, sample management, data analysis, and documentation, while ensuring strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and supervisors, proactively seeking guidance when encountering challenges.

  • Being able to prepare and communicate project reports.

  • Assist senior team members with experimental setup and day-to-day lab operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely project progress.

Your Profile


  • Master’s degree in Biological Sciences or a related field, with 1–2 years of relevant laboratory experience.

  • Proficiency in routine assays supporting stable cell line development, including mammalian cell culture, transient and stable transfection, and flow cytometry/sorting, with strong problem-solving, data analysis, and documentation skills.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to proactively consult with team members and supervisors when troubleshooting challenges.

  • Demonstrated eagerness to learn and develop technical expertise.

  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary environments.
