The Role

As a Junior Process & Performance Analyst, you will have the opportunity to learn and apply process improvement and performance analysis methodologies in a dynamic biotech environment. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will support initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, data transparency, and business performance.

This role is ideal for a curious, analytical, and motivated early-career professional who is eager to develop skills in process optimization, data analysis, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities


  • Support the mapping, documentation, and analysis of internal processes across different teams.

  • Contribute to the identification of improvement opportunities and the optimization of operational workflows.

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data to support performance measurement.

  • Assist in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical insights.

Your Profile


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Data Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.

  • Strong interest in process optimization, continuous improvement, and performance analysis.

  • Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach.
