The Role

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the accounting team.

• Assist in data entry, filing, and record keeping.

• Prepare and process accounting documents such as invoices and expense forms.

• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts as directed.

• Respond to accounting-related inquiries from internal staff and external partners.

Your Profile

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field preferred.

• Previous accounting or administrative experience is an asset but not required.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and organizational skills.
